Unpaid Community Volunteer

Dr. Akash Khare is supporting this nonprofit community education initiative as an unpaid volunteer. He is a physician from India with over a decade of experience in medical practice and medical education in India and the United States, and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at a leading Bay Area medical university. His background includes anatomy education, technology-enhanced teaching, academic outreach, and prior experience supporting high school and college-level science learners. His involvement in this program is limited to general volunteer support for this community-focused educational initiative.

Teaching Philosophy

The program is built around clarity, structure, and disciplined practice. Students should not feel that math and physics are mysterious subjects reserved only for naturally gifted learners. With the right guidance, students can learn how to think through problems step by step.

  • Concept before memorization.
  • Structure before panic.
  • Practice before confidence.
  • Exam strategy without shortcuts.
  • Student accountability with parent clarity.

Why Math & Physics Launchpad Exists

Many students need support before they fall behind. SAT Math and AP Physics 1 can become stressful when students try to memorize formulas without understanding the deeper logic behind the problems.

Math & Physics Launchpad gives students a clear roadmap, regular practice, and patient guidance so they can build real academic confidence early enough to make a meaningful difference. The program supports serious preparation through strong foundations, clear structure, and disciplined practice.

Program Values

The goal is not only better test preparation. The deeper goal is to help students become more confident, disciplined, and curious STEM learners.

For Students

Build confidence through clear explanations, guided problem solving, and consistent practice.

For Parents

Receive a clear roadmap and a better understanding of what the student is working on throughout the program.

For Community

Create accessible, high-quality STEM support through a disciplined and family-centered learning model.

AI-Enhanced Learning Vision

Modern learning tools support practice, organization, and review. In this program, technology is used carefully as a support layer. Human instruction, mentorship, and disciplined practice remain central.

  • AI can help organize review and practice.
  • AI can support personalized correction and reinforcement.
  • Students should learn responsible technology use.
  • The goal is better learning, not technology hype.

Community Connection

The program is designed as a community-friendly academic support model for families seeking structured SAT Math and AP Physics 1 preparation.
